How it runs
Send us the spreadsheet. Photos, categories, base prices, team purses, colours and logos come in as-is.

One system
Registration, entry fees, the auction and the tournament run as one Yoiden module on one player database. A player signs up once, and the same record flows through every step. Nothing is re-typed.
Step one
Every league gets its own branded registration page. Players enter their details, upload the photo that later appears on their auction card, and pay the entry fee in the same flow. That record is the one the auctioneer, the owners and the tournament all work from.

What the whole hall watches. The player on the block sits in the middle with their category, base price and the leading bid. Every team lines the sides with its balance, squad count and whether it can still bid.
For the auctioneer
One tablet runs the floor. Tap a team tile to place its bid, pick the step, hit SOLD. Every tile shows the most that team can still spend while filling its squad, so nobody overspends by mistake.
On the big screen
A second projector view built for drama. One player, full-height photo, base price and the climbing bid. SOLD reveals land here with the winning team's colours.
In every owner's hand
Each team owner and captain gets a private link. It shows the player on the block, the most their team can afford for that category, and every slot in their squad, filled or open.

Cycle this on the board between players. Balance, spend and squad count per team, each team's top three buys, and the headline numbers for the night: most expensive player, total spent, top spender.
